Why I Created The Vibrant Season
For years, my life was measured by what I gave to everyone else.
I was the dependable one. The fixer. The one who showed up — often before anyone even asked — because I thought that’s what made me valuable.
But somewhere along the way, I lost track of me.
I forgot what it felt like to move through a day without the weight of other people’s needs pressing in from every side. I forgot what it felt like to choose something just because it lit me up, not because it was expected of me. I forgot what it felt like to feel vibrant.
The Wake-Up Call
Life has a way of showing us when something has to change. For me, it was a mix of exhaustion, disappointment, and realizing I had been pouring from an empty cup for far too long.
I had given my best years, my energy, and my emotional reserves to environments and people who couldn’t — or wouldn’t — value them. And I started to see a truth I had ignored for years:
